How to book
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll see the available dates & times, If you have a voucher, choose your date & time and then message us at [email protected] with you're chosen date & time and we'll book you in.
Vouchers can only be booked in manually by us. the details on your POP-up voucher may be different to the details listed in the mothers day description, this is altered so we don't raise the price , you'll receive the amount listed in this description.
COVID & NSW HEALTH REGULATIONS & RESTRICTIONS:
We at wonderland images will always welcome everyone without hesitation or judgement, however we do have to follow the NSW health regulations to be able to operate during restrictions. from October 11th until 1st of December we van only have those who are fully vaccinated without our studio, then from December 1st we are excited to be able to have EVERYONE here vaccinated or not. Please help us follow the rules as we don't want us or you to fined. During restrictions we can have max of 5 people in our studio at the one time, from December 1st we have have 8 in our studio at the one time which means people can have double bookings if they want up to 8 people in their session. If we are hit with a snap lockdown we will move your session to the next date being on the same day & time or you are welcome to be credited.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Once booked your session cannot be rescheduled/postponed/cancelled or changed. this is a NON-REFUNDABLE session. If booked with a voucher, once book the voucher will be classed as used. to redeem your voucher it must be brought to your session, unfortunately we cannot accept lost vouchers. By using a pop-up voucher your accepting the session details that may be listed differently on your voucher. with proceeding to book you are agreeing to our Terms & conditions attached to this booking. for more information on our T&C's please click on "about" for more info.
ARRIVING
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session Time, these sessions are run back to back and unfortunately we cannot accomodate to those "no-shows" or those who arrive late/after their time. There is on street parking, please be considerate of those around you as we are in a residential area & please avoid blocking peoples driveways.
Please arrive dressed and ready to go when your time begins, unfortunately Thi session doesn't include outfit changes or outfit design. please don't bring any additional props with you. unfortunately pets are not welcome.
